Jigsaw: Story of the transistor- in groups students will pick one part of the development of the transistor to become an expert on. It will be broken into: William Shockley, John Bardeen, Walter Brattain, science of transistors, history of electronic amplifiers.
7th Grade Science
Jigsaw: Story of the development of the theory of evolution- in groups students will become experts on one part of the story. It will be broken into: Charles Darwin, Jean-Baptiste Lamarck, natural selection, fossil record, voyage of the beagle.
